Labour Matters Zimbabwe (LMZ) is a Human Capital Management (HCM)  consulting firm established in 2016 to provide the full spectrum of HCM and Business management advisory services to employers in the Region.

The focus of our practice is on to helping companies define what they do and identify their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses as a basis for going forward. Also with advice on their goals and future direction so that they can plan effective strategies for growth. We use expertise, industry experience and analysis to help our clients identify strategies that will increase revenue and market share by improving competitive advantage.
