COURSE OVERVIEW

Line managers are involved in day-to-day handling of people-related matters, making it crucial that they understand and apply HR best practice, as well as abide by the relevant laws affecting the employer-employee relationship.  This  2-day  course  is designed  to  take  participants  through  the  complete  employee  life-cycle,  from engagement all the way through to termination. It will equip participants with practical tools to better prepare them for the challenges they will face back at the workplace.

Written test (50 multiple choice questions) This course can also be run in-house, where the content can be tailored to suit individual organisational needs.

THE LEARNING MODEL

The training will be conducted in a participative manner using role-plays, case studies, videos, group discussions and individual assignments. A multiple choice test covering all the modules will be conducted at the end of the course to ensure understanding and competence.  Certificates of Competence will be issued to those participants who achieve a minimum score of 70% in the test.

 

INVESTMENT

US$300.00 per participant. Inclusive of course material, lunch and refreshments.
