Job Information |
The position reports to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Initiate and execute HR strategies and tactical plans in support of the Unit’s business plans.
- Human Resources budget initiation and variance tracking.
- Administer the HR Manual, Code of Conduct and related staff policies
- Recruitment and selection.
- Personnel records administration and generation of periodic reports
- Performance management.
- Coordinate the Unit’s Industrial Relations, Safety, Health and Welfare
- Training and manpower development
- Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
MINIMUM PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences
- At least 3 years post qualification experience in human resources management
- Membership of IPMZ or equivalent professional association
- Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and negotiation skills at all levels
