RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Initiate and execute HR strategies and tactical plans in support of the Unit’s business plans. Human Resources budget initiation and variance tracking. Administer the HR Manual, Code of Conduct and related staff policies Recruitment and selection. Personnel records administration and generation of periodic reports Performance management. Coordinate the Unit’s Industrial Relations, Safety, Health and Welfare Training and manpower development Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
