2. Disobidience must be deliberate and serious – PTC v Chihoro 1997 (1) ZLR 148
3.The person giving an order must have authority to do so – Muchakata V Netherburn Mine 1996 (1) ZLR 153
4. Order must be one relating to an employee’s job description- ZUPCO v Mabhande 1998 (2) ZLR 150, Paramount Garment Works (1982) V Maremba and Chipiti SC 33/99
